When you buy something from the shop, you can just return it if unused and the shop gets to keep the good and resell it.

Unfortunately, you can't do the same with our tuition services. Once your child comes and takes their lessons - the service rendered can not be passed back to us and we can not resell it. Additionally, once you have booked a session we have already made arrangements and paid costs required for us to deliver this session to you - this why we have a strict booking policy.

Despite, all these issues we are committing to return 25% back to our respective customers.

Your money will be well spent and safe with us. By doing so you can be more confident when investing with us .

Please note, we are not offering this to our customers because we feel like we will not be able deliver what we have promised them.

It is merely for the purposes of encouraging customers to register their interests with us.

For us, it means we can deliver a better customer experience for our customers.

Of course, it will lead to reduced margins and profit for us - but we are confident our customers will rarely need to opt for this policy.

Upon use of this policy an internal investigation will be triggered to improve our services, resolve the matter and ensure another customer is not let down in the same way again.

In order to claim this policy - you must be able to clearly show that we have under provided on what we have guaranteed.

It is not an opportunity for customers to use this as a means of testing our service or coming on temporary basis to later claim this cash back. In the past, we have experienced customers misuse and illegal redistribution of our material - we have a strictly policy against this and will seek litigation against any party which acts in this manner.

So here are our conditions:

1. You must have been with us for a whole month to make a 25% cash back claim (that's 4 weekly sessions, 2 fortnightly sessions) - the refund will apply to all 4 weeks 

2. There must be a sound logical reasoning which shows we have underdelivered - you can not simply apply for the claim as means of a refund.

3. If you have paid a discounted price on our sessions - no refunds will be available 

And that's really all of it!
